While we take pride in every G by GUESS product, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we'll assist you with a prompt return. Shipping will not be refunded, however if you would like an exchange, we will gladly ship your replacement order via UPS ground shipping at no additional charge. GbyGUESS.com gladly accepts unworn, unwashed or defective full-priced merchandise for up to 30 days after purchase date. Original receipt, hygiene strip and tags must be in place in order for the return to be accepted. Unfortunately, pierced jewelry and underwear are final sale. Sale merchandise may only be returned to a store for an exchange.
Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type, excluding shipping charges. The only exception to this are returns made to a store that were purchased online through PayPal or Bill Me Later®. These returns must be refunded via a merchandise return card. G by GUESS merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer. Orders placed through Amazon.com can only be returned to the distribution center by following the mailing instructions on the back of your invoice.
All swimwear, innerwear, pierced jewelry, fragrances and body lotions, are final sale.
1. Return To A Store
Simply bring the item(s), along with your original receipt, photo ID, and the credit card you used when you placed your order, to any G by GUESS retail store. You will be refunded the price of the merchandise and any applicable taxes, excluding shipping charges. Returns made to a store from an online purchase through PayPal or Bill Me Later® will be refunded via a merchandise return card. Please note shipping charges are not refunded. Use our Store Locator to find the closest G by GUESS store.
Please note that GUESS stores, Guess by Marciano stores, Guess Accessory stores and GUESSFactory stores WILL NOT accept returns from GbyGUESS.com.
2. Return by Mail
Complete the Return Form included in your original shipment and enclose it with the item(s) in its original packaging (when possible). To ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please ensure that you include your order number, full name, and address. Not including this information may result in a delay of the processing of your order. Affix the enclosed shipping label to ensure correct delivery or mail to the address below. Please note that this shipping label is not pre-paid. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Packages must be returned pre-paid; we are unable to accept COD deliveries. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Please note that this option is available only for items ordered from GbyGUESS.com. If your item came from a retail store, it must be returned to a store.

Refunds are processed 5-8 business days after item(s) are received. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refunded. Credits for returned merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
3. Express Exchanges
This option is ideal for those who would like a hassle-free exchange. Contact Customer Care (1.877.429.4837) notifying them that you would like to complete an Express Exchange. A Customer Care representative will then place a new order for the item(s) you would like to have replaced. At this time your credit card on file will be charged for the new item(s). Customer Care will direct you to place the item(s) you would like to exchange in the original packaging (if possible) and include your order number and full name. A return address will be provided to you by Customer Care. Once the original items have been received and processed a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
If you have lost your receipt and want to make a return by mail, please contact Customer Care notifying them and they will assist you further. If you made a purchase online and lost your order number, this can be found on the order confirmation email you originally received, or if you are a registered GbyGUESS.com shopper you can access your account history.

To return an item you received as a gift, you must first reference where the item was purchased:
1. If the gift was purchased online: Send it back to GbyGUESS.com, along with your online gift receipt, within 30 days of the original purchase to receive a gift card redeemable online or at any G by GUESS store. IMPORTANT: If you wish to receive a gift card in the mail upon return, please note your request on the back of the online gift receipt, otherwise, a refund will be issued back to the original credit card used for the purchase. You may also return a GbyGUESS.com item to a G by GUESS store. Please refer to our return policy above for more details on returning to a G by GUESS store.
2. If the gift was purchased in a G by GUESS Store: Return it to a G by GUESS store, along with your gift receipt, within 30 days of the original purchase. If your item was not purchased online, you may not return it to GUESS.com. Please refer to our return policy above for more details on returning to a G by GUESS retail store.
3. If the gift was purchased at a retailer other than G by GUESS: The merchandise must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
