1. Return To A Store
Simply bring the item(s), along with your original receipt, photo ID, and the credit card you used when you placed your order, to any G by GUESS retail store. You will be refunded the price of the merchandise and any applicable taxes, excluding shipping charges. Returns made to a store from an online purchase through PayPal or Bill Me Later® will be refunded via a merchandise return card. Please note shipping charges are not refunded. Use our Store Locator to find the closest G by GUESS store.
Please note that GUESS stores, Guess by Marciano stores, Guess Accessory stores and GUESSFactory stores WILL NOT accept returns from GbyGUESS.com.
2. Return by Mail
Complete the Return Form included in your original shipment and enclose it with the item(s) in its original packaging (when possible). To ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please ensure that you include your order number, full name, and address. Not including this information may result in a delay of the processing of your order. Affix the enclosed shipping label to ensure correct delivery or mail to the address below. Please note that this shipping label is not pre-paid. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Packages must be returned pre-paid; we are unable to accept COD deliveries. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Please note that this option is available only for items ordered from GbyGUESS.com. If your item came from a retail store, it must be returned to a store.

3. Express Exchanges
This option is ideal for those who would like a hassle-free exchange. Contact Customer Care (1.877.429.4837) notifying them that you would like to complete an Express Exchange. A Customer Care representative will then place a new order for the item(s) you would like to have replaced. At this time your credit card on file will be charged for the new item(s). Customer Care will direct you to place the item(s) you would like to exchange in the original packaging (if possible) and include your order number and full name. A return address will be provided to you by Customer Care. Once the original items have been received and processed a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
Refunds are processed 72 hours after item(s) are received. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are not refunded. Credits for returned merchandise will be issued to the original credit card only. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement
